We use the United State Postal Service for all of our shipping needs. The rate will be automatically calculated when you checkout. You have the choice of:
- Express Mail (1-2 days)
- Priority Mail (2-3 days)
- First Class (2-5 days)
Although we do not have a physical store location, you may be offered a Store Pickup option for shipping. Whether or not you see it depends on the shipping address you provide. We wanted to provide a way for our customers living in our area to take advantage of that--perhaps if we have met at an event for instance--however this kind of service will require further arrangements that may or may not delay receipt of your order.
Shipping Time
For products in stock, your order will be processed and shipped within 3 working days. Please add this to the shipping times above to calculate the final delivery date.
For custom orders, please allow two weeks for production, plus shipping time, unless we indicate otherwise.
Holiday Shipping
Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our products, we cannot guarantee receipt of purchases for the holidays after the beginning of December. If an item is in stock and ready to ship, you may order it by December 15th to receive before Christmas.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. If you feel you have an exception to this, please contact us immediately so we can work out a solution.
